Step 1. Acquaintance
At first we want to get visual what you wishes and ideas are about your website. Also we want to know what expections your visitors should have about your website.
We try to advise you and what the possibilities are for your website.
This part of the project is normally without any costs for you. The information can be sent be e-mail and phone.

Step 2. Offer
The base for an offer is made on the information of "step 1". You get an offer in your mailbox.

Step 3. Contract
After your agreement on the offer Kontenta will edit a contract with headlines about the concept of the website, the conditions and terms of business, price and date of delivery.

Step 4. Design
The design of the website will be done as written in the contract. You can always ask Kontenta about your website when it is build. Ofcourse Kontenta will contact you about eventually problems in the design and will advise solutions.

Step 5. Producement
After the client paid all the payments as agreed in the contract and all necessary information is at the office of Kontenta, the website will be published on the web.

Step 6. Maintenance
Even when your website is on the world wide web (internet) your site needs attention at its presentation. Your site needs always updated information or products. We could offer you to do updates at your site with the information and tools you send us. An website which is updated stimulates your visitors to come regular back.
If you decide for maintenance of your website by Kontenta we will send you a separate contract.
